Payments and Pricing

We accept payments through PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay (available only in the USA). Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

Your payment information is securely processed using SSL encryption, ensuring the safety of your data. When making a payment for our products or services, the details you provide are transmitted securely to our payment processor.

All transactions are processed in USD. If your payment is in a different currency, our system will automatically convert the amount to match the equivalent in USD.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement. You can submit cancellation requests directly from the My Order page.

Once an order has been shipped or is in customs clearance, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the only option is to accept the delivery and return the item.

If our Customer Support Team has committed to a specific delivery timeframe for your order, it will be considered a time-sensitive order. As such, cancellations cannot be accepted once the order has been placed.

Order Acceptance & Payment

Prices and product availability on our website may change without prior notice.

We make every effort to avoid pricing errors. However, should an error occur, it will be corrected as soon as possible. If the correct price is lower than the price you paid, we will refund the difference. If the correct price is higher, we may contact you for further instructions or cancel the order, notifying you in advance. Please note that we are not obligated to honor orders placed at incorrect (lower) prices.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time and for any reason.

Free Gifting

To be eligible for a free leather gift upon sign-up, the value of your order must exceed $150.

Each customer can receive only one free gift.

If you choose to return an order that included a free gift, the gift must be returned with the product. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Users & Accounts

All registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details.

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering or making purchases on our website.

Governing Law

Any disputes or claims arising from the use of this website will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA.
